Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. You should understand that by ordering any of the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please also note that the use of the Site is subject to the terms contained in the Disclaimer and Terms of Use, which apply whether or not you order any Products from the Site.

We take privacy seriously. The categories of personal data that we process depend on how you use our services. We use your personal data to align our online and in-store services with your preferences, to provide you with purchases and services, to deal with your requests, to contact you regarding tailored products and services which may be of interest to you, to provide prize draws or competitions, or to carry out relevant administrative services. The Site is operated by Perfume Shop Bangladesh (“we” / “us”). We are registered in Bangladesh under company number TRAD/DSCC/011610/2021, with our registered office at 5/B Shantibag, Dhaka 1217, Bangladesh. Our TIN registration number is 485921381775.


You may place an order to purchase a Product advertised for sale on the Site by following the on-screen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “Proceed to Secure Payment” button on the “Payment Details” page.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail (the “Order Confirmation”) from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving an order number and a summary of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation for the relevant Product.

The contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

For orders up to 5000 Taka, the booking confirmation fee is 130 Taka; for orders up to 10000 Taka, the booking confirmation fee is 250 Taka; and for orders above 10000 Taka, the booking confirmation fee is 1000 Taka. booking confirmation fee is non-refundable. However, we may offer to change the “Cash on Delivery” option to any “Pre-Payment” method (convenient to the customer) if the potential customer doesn’t have any previous purchase record or has a previous issue with COD.

When you placed your order, you chose the delivery option, and we will deliver the goods to you in accordance with that choice.

Although occasionally in different packages, we will dispatch all of the products in your order that we have supplied at once. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your order. Please see Delivery Information for details of where we deliver and the available delivery options. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of Products ordered.

We dispatch packages within 48 hours. Then the assigned delivery agent makes a phone call before the delivery attempt during office hours. However, if partner logistics experience any issue, it may take more time. The customer will get a closed box as a delivery package. If the delivery box is opened, the customer should not receive the package. And the delivery box can’t be opened until payment is completed. To make sure or check the product, open it in front of the delivery person, or any claim, return, or refund request will not be accepted.

Urgent/Pick-Up/Same-Day Delivery is not available due to time congestion, as we have to maintain discipline for all of the orders, packages, labels, entries, inspections, and hand over bulk packages to our logistics partner only to make home deliveries.


Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility, and, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage, or destruction after they have been delivered.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon delivery of the products to you or upon us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges), whichever is later.


The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.

We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. By filling out the necessary information on the “Payment Details” page, you can make a payment using the majority of popular payment methods.

By using a credit/debit card or any payment method to pay for your order, you confirm that the card/account being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will only use your information in accordance with our privacy policy. All credit/debit card/Payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Our site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a product’s correct price is different from the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Return Policy

We’ll accept return requests for items that are damaged/broken during handling/delivery. It should be returned in the same, intact condition as when it was received. We don’t take returns for opened boxes or opened cellophane fragrances. We do not sell/resell opened fragrances. So, there is no option to test & return.

In case of a damaged/broken item, we must receive your request in front of the delivery person upon payment when you receive your item; otherwise, any claim, return, or refund request will not be accepted.


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective bottle, we’re happy to offer you a partial refund or exchange the item for a new one (if available in stock). Please let us know instantly when we receive your product to begin the process.

However, dust, a minor dent, a deformity, or other minor issues on the box will not be eligible for exchange. These are very common during the handling or delivery process.

If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty, or incorrect when delivered to you, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return it to us in accordance with the Returns Procedure. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.


If you’re shopping from this store, we guarantee that you’ll receive your product. If the product got lost, was not delivered, or is missing, we’re happy to offer you a full refund if the delivery address is inside Dhaka.

For outside Dhaka deliveries, we provide the booking slip, consignment number, and pictures right after we send them out via courier. If a package gets lost, is not delivered, or is missing, the client has to re-track/find the parcel, or the courier company will be responsible for the package.


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you a message to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another message once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded immediately. To get a refund for ‘lost or not delivered’ items, it may take up to 28 days to get confirmation from the logistics if it is ‘lost or not delivered’. Whenever it’s confirmed, the money will be refunded immediately.


If you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the products, you will have a duty to return them to us at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in transit. All such products should be returned within 5 days after they have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them, together with the original product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Returns Procedure.

After you cancel your order and return the Products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card/any payment method will be refunded in full (including the cost of delivery if you paid for delivery). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Products if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Typically, we will return any money we have received from you in the same way that you originally paid for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within the earlier of (a) 14 days of the day we receive back the products from you; (b) 14 days of the day you provide us with evidence that you have returned the products; or (c) where no products were dispatched, 14 days of the day you provide your notice to cancel the order.

We are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with the contract. We accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).

This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot, under English law, be excluded.

11.3 Nothing in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.


Any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not subject us to liability or responsibility.


If any of these Terms & Conditions are declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms & Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.

Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions.


We cannot guarantee that the site will operate continuously, without interruptions, or be error-free. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site, and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt the site or any computer system, server, router, or any other internet-connected device.
