The Return and Refund Policy of Perfume Shop Bangladesh

An item purchased may be returned to us subject to following terms and conditions:

Return Policy:

Returns are only applicable if the product is in its original packaging with intact cellophane wrapping, unopened, and unused. Please note we cannot offer a refund or a return on an item unless you retain the item and its original packaging.

Condition of Return:
-If the product was not what you ordered or the product is physically damaged.

  • Wrong product is delivered to customer.
  • Product is different from description on the website.
  • Video Recording of the product unboxing for submission for claim.

You will be liable to return the goods to us and cover the cost of doing so.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on the item.

Return and Refund Policy

Perfume Shop Bangladesh will accept return requests for items that are damaged/broken during handling/delivery. It should be returned in the same/intact condition, it was received. We don’t take returns for opened boxes/ opened cellophane fragrances. We do not sell/resell opened fragrances. So there is no option to test & return.

In case of a damaged/broken issue, we must receive your claim in front of the delivery person over phone, when you receive your item after payment otherwise any claim/return/refund request (later) will not be accepted.

You must video record the unboxing of the product for any claim.


Branded Perfume items are sealed (Seal open branded items are forbidden to return) Products which are sold as package or in sets The item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 3 working days of purchase. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item You will be responsible for paying the delivery charge for returning the item.
