Perfume Shop Bangladesh is committed to delivering authentic and hygienic personal care products in full compliance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 of Bangladesh.

• Sealed Delivery: All parcels are dispatched and delivered strictly sealed to guarantee that the products arrive exactly as they left our warehouse, free from tampering.
• No Pre-Payment Unboxing: Perfumes and cosmetics are highly sensitive hygiene items. To maintain product integrity, market value, and health safety for all buyers, customers are not permitted to open, test, or spray parcels prior to completing the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: To safeguard your consumer rights against receiving damaged, altered, or incorrect goods, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory when opening the package.
• Claims & Refunds: If an issue is found (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or missing item), customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery, providing the supporting unboxing video. Validated claims will be promptly resolved via a replacement or a full refund.
