What is the Closed Box Policy?
Every order from Perfume Shop BD is delivered in a sealed, closed box. To protect the authenticity, quality, and hygiene of our fragrances, our courier partners deliver parcels closed — the parcel is not opened, tested, or sprayed before payment is completed.
Why we deliver in a closed box
- Authenticity: Genuine, brand-sealed perfumes must reach you exactly as they left our warehouse, with the manufacturer’s seal intact.
- Hygiene & safety: Fragrances are personal-care products. A sealed box guarantees no one has handled or used the item before you.
- Fairness: It prevents tampering or swapping of products during transit.
“Open before payment” is not available
Because our products are sealed and authentic, we are unable to offer an “open the box and check before you pay” option at the door. Payment (or the applicable Cash-on-Delivery booking advance) is completed first, and then you are free to open your parcel.
What to do when your parcel arrives
- Check that the outer box is intact and undamaged before accepting delivery.
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as you open the parcel — this is the fastest way to resolve any claim.
- If the product is damaged, incorrect, or shows any sign of tampering, contact us within 24 hours with the unboxing video and photos.
Returns & issues
Any eligible return, exchange, or refund is handled under our Return / Refund Policy. Sealed branded items are non-returnable once opened, unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
