Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Policy
We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. To confirm a COD order, we collect a small booking advance in advance. This helps us reduce fake and abandoned orders and cover the courier and handling costs that we pay upfront on your behalf.
How much is the advance?
- A booking advance of ৳130 (or 5% of the order value for higher-value orders) is collected to confirm your Cash-on-Delivery order.
- The exact advance for your order is confirmed by our team at the time of booking.
How to pay the advance
The booking advance is paid via bKash. After you place your order, our team shares the bKash number and confirms the advance amount. Your order is scheduled for dispatch once the advance is received.
Is the advance extra?
No. The booking advance is part of your total order amount, not an extra charge. It is adjusted against your bill — you simply pay the remaining balance in cash when the parcel is delivered.
Refunds of the advance
- If we cancel or cannot fulfil your order, the booking advance is fully refunded.
- If the delivered item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are protected under our Return / Refund Policy.
- If an order is refused at the door without a valid reason after it has already been shipped, the booking advance may be retained to cover the courier costs we have incurred.

Our parcels are delivered under our Closed Box Policy — payment is completed before the parcel is opened. By placing a COD order you agree to this advance policy.
