Terms & Conditions for Complaints
- Report quickly. For damaged, wrong, or missing items, please submit your complaint within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, as described in our Closed Box Policy.
- Provide proof. An unboxing video and clear photos are the fastest way to resolve damage and product complaints. Complaints with supporting proof are prioritised.
- Payment issues. For payment-related complaints, include the transaction ID / bKash number and the amount so we can trace and resolve it.
- Resolution. Eligible refunds, replacements, or exchanges are handled under our Return / Refund Policy. Every product we sell is covered by our Authenticity Guarantee.
- Accurate information. Please give correct contact details and an honest description. Submitting false or misleading complaints may delay resolution.
