Report quickly. For damaged, wrong, or missing items, please submit your complaint within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, as described in our Closed Box Policy.
Provide proof. An unboxing video and clear photos are the fastest way to resolve damage and product complaints. Complaints with supporting proof are prioritised.
Payment issues. For payment-related complaints, include the transaction ID / bKash number and the amount so we can trace and resolve it.
Resolution. Eligible refunds, replacements, or exchanges are handled under our Return / Refund Policy. Every product we sell is covered by our Authenticity Guarantee.
Accurate information. Please give correct contact details and an honest description. Submitting false or misleading complaints may delay resolution.
